Who are you? What can you tell us about yourself?
I really enjoy being active and busy. I’m not really one to spend my time on Netflix or on my computer. If you want to find me, my apartment should be the last place you look. I’d rather be out working out, playing sports, having a jam session, or even going for a walk. I just started longboarding this summer so if anyone has a board, let’s go board together!

Why did you join PSA and what made you stay?

In high school, I was a part of the Filipino club. We performed a few cultural dances at various events. I wanted to continue this hobby in college, so that is why I joined PSA. My freshman year, I made a lot of incredible friends, some of my best friends, that I know I’ll have next to me for the rest of my life. The people in PSA make me want to stay.

Why did you become an officer and what plans do you have in store for PSA next year?

I knew that I specifically wanted to run for Cultural Chair because of my dancing experience in high school. Other than that, I wanted to be an officer to help contribute to the many things that makes PSA such a great organization. PSA has a lot of things to offer for a lot of different people.

What advice do you have for others?

Take risks and be outgoing! I would describe myself as more of an introvert and I know meeting new people can sometimes be scary or intimidating but realize that everyone wants to meet you and is excited to meet you, both in PSA and on campus or elsewhere!
