Favorite PSA memory?

The first PSA event I went to was Ice Cream Social. I didn’t want to go alone, so I asked another girl (who lived on my floor at ISR) if she was down to go too. Now, that same girl is my best friend and roommate.

Who is your biggest role model? What do they mean to you?

As cliche as it sounds, my biggest role models are my parents. Coming from the Philippines, they had nothing. With hard work and perseverance, they managed to build their lives from the ground up and give my brother and I the life they never had. When I’m older, I can only hope to be half as awesome as they are.

What is one piece of advice you would give to people reading this?

Join PSA! Go to FACT! Request AKAs! But also… branch out and join other organizations as well. PSA will always be your home, and we will always welcome you with open arms. College is a time for you to do what makes you happy!
